My Name is Mark Isbister and I’m a freelance sound engineer living in the UK.
Since leaving college in 1991 I have amassed a vast range of knowledge and experience in all fields of live sound engineering during my career.
I work across the globe on some of the biggest and most prestigious events staged many of which are televised and watched by millions.
Some of my recent projects include Glastonbury Pyramid stage, Big Chill Festival, Live Earth, Concert for Diana, One Big Weekend, Live 8, The UK Music Hall of Fame, BBC Proms in the Park and the Mercury Music Prize. I’m often found overseeing the signal patching for many of these large events but my skills also include mixing monitors and front of house sound.
I also design and project manage complete audio solutions for large festivals and corporate events.
