Event- Gobal Mobile Award 2007
Venue- Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya Barcelona 
Brief- Design and install a sound system capable high quality speech and music re-production for 1200 guests in the round.
Staged in the round in the magnificent oval hall of the Palau Nacional this was never going to be your run of the mill awards show.
I designed and specified a flown sound system comprising of twelve distinct coverage zones to ensure each audience member had the best sounding seat in the house.
Supplied by Dobson Sound this system utilised 24 D&B J line array speakers which covered the main audience area’s & 18 D&B Q line array speakers provided coverage for the smaller side area’s.
Comedian Clive Anderson hosted the event in his inimitable style. Clive and the guest presenters where fitted with discrete countryman headset microphones which performed as expected and the resulting vocal coverage though-out the room was full and punchy.
